Through my 11 years of experience in IT Engineering, i learned to adapt quickly to new technologies.
How to architect, pilot and monitor IT platforms to achieve the KPI & SLO requested by the business.
But first, i have understand that succes of a project is more about leadership and communication than technologie.

I lead through compassion, empathy, and use many precepts of agile methodologies to get the best out of team.
My experiences have taught me how to manage a team made up of different types of profiles, make the best use of their differences and complementarities.

My diverse experiences given to me a transversal vision of IT department.
As a systems engineer, I acquired the know-how for operating an IT platform, incidents management and software engineering.
As a devops I had to set up development factories, introduce changes in product development allowing the integration of businesses into a DevOps toolchain.
